During today's lesson we added some more ideas to the production. In certain scenes we wanted the clothing style of the actors to change depending on the mood of the flashback. Many music videos consist of many different outfits to make the video visually appealing and not boring and to seem repetitive. Therefore we decided that when the flashbacks were happy moments the protagonist would wear brighter colours and more prettier clothing pieces such as floaty dresses however when the two characters are arguing and she is depressed and sad she would dress in dark clothing because stereotypically these colours are associated with the emotion. The antagonist would wear clothing of the same style and colour as he feels the same throughout, however it will be different clothing so that it does not look like the same time, it shows the difference in time and place.
After discussing this I then started to analyse The Pretty Reckless- EP album which I will then complete next lesson.
