Diary Entry: 5th September

As Lauren was not present last lesson I informed her of the information that she had missed and gave her the details for her to catch up on.

The role allocations were then chosen for me and Lauren. Although we would be working together on the editing, directing and camera work we needed to have a major role each. I therefore had the role of the camera person and Lauren was allocated the position of editing the music video. We then typed the positions up on the blog.

Once selecting the roles I then created the project proposal, which includes details about the music video such as our audience, title and style. This is written up on the blog.

We then continued with the storyboard and came up with detailed ideas about how each shot would work. We decided to do this because we wanted to be clear about how certain shots happen so that the production could work smoothly. Next lesson we are hoping to finish our storyboard and come up with the casting list in order to get the production under way.
